Shipping and Returns
Delivery is free for all UK orders over £30. For UK orders under £30 there is a delivery charge of £3.50 which relate to UK Royal Mail. Orders will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please note that during Covid-19 restrictions, shipping may take longer as we reduce the number of visits outside the home. You will be kept up to date with despatch notifications. If your order is urgent please email us and will do our best to get your products to you quickly.
All items can be packaged as gifts with a personalised card, please contact us via email for prices as these will differ depending on the size of the products.
We are unable to accept returns unless items are damaged. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange for you to return your item or submit a photograph of the damage and send you a replacement. Our policy lasts for 30 days, if damaged items are not returned within 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. To complete a return, we will require receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item is eligible for a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your payment card or the original method of payment within 10 working days.
If a replacement item is send, it may take a number of days for the item to reach you, depending on stock availability. You will be kept informed at the time.
Payment can be made by cash in person, through PayPal or through Squareup.com either on the website or via a Square terminal at events. Information on any of these service providers can be found on their individual websites.
